January 27, 2022: A woman files a $20 million lawsuit against Brown alleging he raped her on December 30, 2020. These kinds of lawsuits are beneath contempt. She sued as Jane Doe; if you are not a native English speaker, this means she sued anonymously. While there is a case for alleged victims to be granted anonymity in criminal cases, it should not be permitted in civil cases, especially where there is an obvious shakedown. My personal belief is that in cases like this, the name of the accuser should be leaked to the press and splashed all over social media.
The alleged aggravated rape was supposed to have happened on December 30, 2020 in Florida although she sued him in California, where he was living. Here is what happened shortly. In other words, the sex was real and entirely consensual. In August 2022, Van Nuys Superior Court Judge Huey P. Cotton dismissed the case. File this anonymous liar under GIVE ME MONEY.
