February 1, 2021: In Washington, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez adds a false rape claim to her repertoire.
In 2019, when she became the youngest ever Member of Congress, many people thought an attractive, charismatic, youthful Latina would bring a dash of colour to American politics.
She did indeed, although it didn’t take long for most people to realise this woman wasn’t just a total moron but a shameless liar. Time and time again she would make untrue or ludicrous claims, and every time they were exposed as such, she would double down.
The same year, she pulled an outrageous stunt on the Southern border which drew severe criticism. Check out my video about this here, (alternative link here).
Her sexual assault claim was made in her hour and a half long Instagram video following the outrageous January 6 scenes at the Capitol. It was made to bolster her ill-deserved credibility, or rather to discourage anyone from challenging a survivor. Here is the relevant excerpt.
Leaving aside all the garbage she spouts about white supremacy, the reader may like to compare her outrage at the invasion of the Capitol with her tacit support of the rioters who for months had been causing mayhem and murder on the pretext of fighting something called racism after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. She and almost all other leading Democrats, some of whom openly supported the rioters.
How do we know this claim is false? For several reasons. One is that she isn’t the type of woman who would take anything lying down. She would bite, punch, kick and scream any man who physically attacked her, sexually or otherwise. She would have reported the offence as soon as possible. And she would never have shut up about it.
Needless to say, some of the gullibles were taken in.
One other point, she would certainly have named her attacker, and indeed it would have been morally irresponsible for her not to.
Don’t be surprised if years, maybe a decade or two from now, she does indeed name some poor sap, probably shortly after his death. And as she has already disclosed this attack, why would she not be believed?
