August 3, 2004: At Ram Munshi Bagh police station in Kashmir, Australian national Carmen Leigh Buecher accuses Muhammad Rafiq Dundoo of rape. Multiple rapes and other crimes, in fact.
He was arrested and held for twelve days. And Carmen went back to Australia never to return. Before she left though, she refused a medical examination.
In 2004, Carmen Beucher was an accomplished surfer. By 2020, she was Carmen Green, a wife and mother of three.
She also claims to be a healer who will heal you on-line if you care to fork out 99 AUD for a half hour session – including VAT. In other words, Carmen is an airhead.
